Following successful runs at shows in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Ferretti Group will showcase a luxurious fleet at the 2018 Palm Beach International Boat Show – the third largest boat show in the North America. Set for March 22nd thru the 25th, along the Intracoastal in downtown West Palm Beach, the show is becoming an important bellwether for the overall state of the marine industry, and a “can’t miss” for industry leaders such as Ferretti Group.

On display, Ferretti Group will exhibit 8 models, including Custom Line Navetta 33 and Ferretti Yachts 920, which recently debuted at the Miami Yacht Show in February. In addition to the new models, the fleet is completed by:

Ferretti Yachts 450

Riva Aquariva Super, Riva Rivamare and the Riva 76’ Perseo

Pershing 5X and Pershing 82 VHP.

In 2017, the Palm Beach International Boat Show saw attendance grow 14%, a jump that didn’t go unnoticed by many in the industry. As such, this ever-growing market is continually showing substantial interest in Made-in-Italy production.

The growing importance of the Palm Beach International Boat Show provides one last opportunity for celebration in the United States, as Ferretti Yachts celebrated its 50th Anniversary for the first time in the U.S. at the 30th Annual Miami Yacht Show ahead of the primary Ferretti Yachts 50th Anniversary event June 21-24th in Venice, Italy.

The inimitable Ferretti Group stand, including a dedicated Custom Line lounge, where luxurious Italian outdoor design furniture will be supplied by UnoPiù, will welcome visitors into its spacious lounges, allowing enhanced guest experience and viewing of each of the Ferretti Group models.

Keeping in line with the most recent European and US nautical shows, Ferretti Group will continue its collaboration with prestigious international and Italian brands at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. Italian cellar La Scolca will offer a selection of the best wine-making traditions of the Piedmont region, with champagne by Pommery. Custom Line 106' exteriors 3.jpg

The new addition to the Custom Line planing range  was presented at the 2018 Miami Yacht Show.  It is the second model by Francesco Paszkowski Design  and it will make its debut in late 2018.

Custom Line is broadening the horizons of perfect yachting with a new project that got an enthusiastic response from the public and members of the trade at the recent US boat show.

The Custom Line 106’ is a new addition to the planing range. It is a product of the partnership between the Francesco Paszkowski Design studio, the Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department and the Product Strategy Committee led by the engineer Piero Ferrari.

The design of the lines on the bottom and the hull helps it to replicate and build on the outstanding hydrodynamic performance of the latest models in the brand’s planing range.

“The Custom Line 106’ marks another step forward in the growth of the Ferretti Group brand dedicated to large fibreglass yachts. This exceptional vessel complements the Custom Line planing-hull selection, which comes together with the array of semi-displacing models to form a comprehensive range for owners who want sizeable spaces, cutting-edge technological solutions, style and comfort: in other words, Custom Line excellence,” stated Alberto Galassi, the Chief Executive Officer of the Ferretti Group.

“In the design of the new 106’, a number of the brand’s distinctive features have been emphasized and new stylistic traits have been introduced. As is plain to see in various places, efforts have been made to break down the boundaries between the exterior and the interior. The new technical solutions and all of the aspects of the exterior and interior lines are closely interlinked, as they are all parts of a single architectural arrangement with perfect balance between the forms and functions,” explained Francesco Paszkowski.

The new yacht has large floor surfaces (a total of 220 m./2,370 square feet) that are all interconnected. To the stern is a more advanced version of the patented DMT – Dual Mode Transom system. It features two hatches that cover the stairs when the vessel is in motion, thus giving the stern an unbeatably clean-cut appearance. When the ship stops, they disappear into the central part of the door so that guests can climb up. From the garage, a tender of up to 5.45 metres and a three-person jet ski can be lowered into the water.

The forward area is even bigger than on other recent models: on the raised central island there are sofas and upholstered seating with reclining backrests and on the bow area there is a large sun pad spanning a total of 36 m. (387 square feet). There is also an additional garage for a Williams 2.80 Jet or a three-person jet ski.

The forward area is directly connected to the 53 m. flybridge by a walkway. Protected by two large windows on the sides, it has a standard hard top with two skylights. In addition, Bimini tops or canopies can be fitted to provide shade in the external areas.

The interiors of the main deck are bathed in natural light thanks to the large, full-height windows. On request, the central window on the starboard side of the lounge can be fitted with an electric opening mechanism. The support columns used on the Custom Line 120’ can also be found here, with lighting, audio and air conditioning systems on them.

Further along the starboard side, there is a full-beam master cabin in the foredeck. It is 6.50 m (21’4”) wide and contains plenty of storage space for the owner, as well as two dressing rooms and a large bathroom with dual facilities and a central shower. On request, a panoramic terrace can be added.

The port-side bulwark of the main deck provides access to the galley, the crew quarters (consisting of a cabin for the captain with a bathroom and a separate shower, and two crew cabins with a separate bathroom), and the integrated raised bridge.

The layout on the lower deck contains four standard cabins: two VIP cabins amidships and two twin ones forward, all with separate bathrooms. The beds in the VIP cabins face the bulwark to make the most of the view from the large hull windows, while an optional additional Pullman bed can be fitted in each of the two twin cabins.

The style of the vessel continues in the same vein as the Custom Line 120’: it explores greater formal balance and there are distinctive, strong colour contrasts in the furnishings and coverings.

Like the other recent Custom Line models, the 106’ comes with innovative software that allows an iPad to be used to operate the entertainment system installed in the lounge on the main deck, meaning that the various remote controls can be replaced by a single device. This technological solution can be extended to all of the different parts of the maxi yacht and it can also be used in conjunction with the owner’s personal devices.

The Custom Line 106’ is fitted with twin MTU 16V engines rated at 2217 mhp, which can take it to a maximum speed of 23 knots (preliminary data). Alternatively, it is possible to ask for twin MTU 16V engines, which can generate 2638 mhp and reach a maximum speed of 26 knots (preliminary data).

The standard version is equipped with electro-hydraulic stabilizing fins, offering both underway and zero-speed modes. On request, gyroscopic stabilizers can also be fitted for maximum comfort at anchor.

The Italian leg recently drew to a close of the 2018 Benetti Yachtmaster, the three-day event organised by Benetti for superyacht captains, attended by over 200 professionals from the yachting world.

After welcoming over 1,000 participants from over 40 different nations in its previous 17 editions, from February 7 to 9 Benetti Yachtmaster paid a call on Castelfalfi, a medieval town in the Tuscan hills. The Italian event for 2018 confirmed everyone’s expectations and was one of the best attended gatherings of industry professionals, organised by a private shipyard, to bring captains and crew up to speed on all the novelties in the world of Benetti and at the same time offer a series of panel discussions and networking opportunities.

Against the backdrop of Toscana Resort Castelfalfi, opportunities to meet at the event were organised in alternation with others for team building, attended by over 200 people, mostly superyacht captains, but also engineers, industry operators, journalists and suppliers of crew and onboard services. The event opened with an important presentation by Benetti General Manager Christos Ramnialis, who gave a heartfelt and engaging speech in which he described Benetti’s growth strategies and how Yachtmaster plays a key role in them. He took pains to stress how “Yachtmaster has become, year after year, an essential part of Benetti’s development strategy. Tackling subjects such as training for captains and their crew has the twin benefit both of helping professionals who must keep up-to-date to offer efficient service, and of helping Benetti learn about the perspective of captains and crew. This constant feedback is what allows us to grow and improve.”

There was a packed programme of workshops and conferences at the event, with speakers who provided interesting food for thought on the subjects of charter guidelines in the Mediterranean Sea and social security contributions for seamen in France. Participants included not only crew members, project managers, surveyors and owners’ representatives, but also customers of Lusben and Fraser Yachts, the world’s leading yacht service provider. The most successful workshop based on its popularity was about “Cyber Security”, featuring a fascinating demonstration by international cyber security expert Cal Leeming. With the help of moderator Fiorenzo Spadoni, Italy Yachting Centre Manager for Rina Services, Leeming demonstrated the precarious state of cyber security, as implemented by the technology-based devices that should facilitate our daily lives, and how saving passwords, bank codes and confidential information in the digital memory of these devices always creates a risk for privacy. Another workshop popular with the public was “Leading Millennials”, with Karen Passman from Impact Crew and captain Luca Triggiani in the roles respectively of moderator and panelist. The aim of the seminar was to promote the culture of the sea and a maritime career with the youngest crew members.

Extremely useful, as always, were the B2B meetings, involving live demonstrations organised with official partners Awlgrip, Boero, Jotun, Rolls-Royce, Slam, Viraver, Sevenstar, Dockwise and Peninsula Petroleum and official sponsors Cgt, CMC Marine, Fraser Yachts, Lusben, Valletta superyacht, Mtu, Naiad Dynamics, Rina, Sea Sat Com, Team Italia and Yachtique.

The classic ‘live’ moment this year was dedicated to interviews given by three captains to three trade journalists about their life and working experiences. Maria Grazia Franco, the captain of Stella Maris, a 72 mt VSY superyacht, was interviewed by Justin Ratcliffe and explained to the public her experience as captain of 2.114 GRT superyachts. Roberto Cuomo, the captain of M/Y Skyler, the third Fast 125’ unit built in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, offered insights based on his vast experience and technical knowledge about a high technology yacht. Finally, Ed and Mary Krieg, respectively captain and chief engineer, presented an interesting photo report on their storied career sailing around the world on board a Benetti Classic.

The Castelfalfi event was also attended by Benetti Delfino 93’ owner and SeaNet CEO Matty Zadnikar, who commented: “Extending the invitation to owners was a brilliant idea by Benetti. A close knowledge of the boat, its secrets and its peculiarities is the prerogative of captains and crew, but it is also very useful for owners, who clearly play a very important role in managing a yacht and often don’t have time to keep up-to-date with the latest novelties. Events like Yachtmaster help to build closer and more productive ties between shipyard, owner and crew, as well as to gain a better understanding of owners’ needs.”

Roy Deas, who works on the M/Y Jazz of Monaco (a Benetti Tradition) and is one of the youngest Benetti captains, said: “This is a key event, because it offers both an opportunity for crew members to meet, as well as giving people a chance to share opinions and experiences, and likewise to learn new details about Benetti growth strategies.”

Azimut Yachts presents its brand strategy in Dubai: luxury, latest generation Made in Italy combined with the most innovative technology

The Middle East confirms its central importance as a market, where the success of Azimut Yachts is linked to the competence of the distribution network and design flexibility

At the Dubai International Boat Show 2018, Azimut Yachts launches its new La Dolce Vita 3.0 brand strategy in the UAE important market. Drawing on one of the masterpieces of Italian neorealist film, La Dolce Vita by Federico Fellini, Azimut Yachts presents a contemporary take on a lifestyle where luxury and joie de vivre, combined with the Made in Italy ethos, represent the non plus ultra of fine design and technological research. Every creation by Azimut Yachts is a concentration of innovation, care over comfort and unmistakably Italian style, the distinctive features that have made yachts built at the shipyard famous the world over.

For years now, Dubai, and the Middle East in general have been an important market for Azimut Yachts: owners in the area are particularly fond of the Grande Collection, with 30% of the yachts in this line sold in the Middle East, where the brand’s turnover has tripled in the last five years. One demonstration of this is that the first hulls built of the new products announced for 2018, Grande 27 Metri and Grande 35 Metri, have been delivered to Middle Eastern customers. Another factor is that the first unit of the Grande 32 Metri, model year 2019, which will be presented at the Cannes Boat Festival September 2018 and has been bought by its owner on paper, demonstrating his confidence in the brand, will be delivered to the same area. Azimut’s commercial success is also confirmed by the short term delivery plan, according to which one yacht a month is scheduled to arrive in the Middle East in the second half of the year.

“We are delighted to participate to Dubai International Boat Show, because we consider UAE a region with an extraordinary potential for growth – said Azimut Yachts CEO, Marco Valle. I had the chance to be a panellist in the International Superyacht Summit, organized in Dubai during the Boat Show, – continued Valle – and I am definitively convinced that the UAE have the perfect conditions to became a new superyacht hub: here people understand and appreciate luxury goods which entail innovation, craftsmanship and attention to details, almost tailor made, exactly as our yachts are.”

There are two main reasons for this success. It is driven by profitable collaboration with the Gulf area dealer Seas & Deserts, which offers customers an extensive and competent network of sales offices and technical assistance centers. On the other it is the result of Azimut Yachts’ ability to offer boats with that unmistakable Made in Italy allure, but adapted to satisfy the special needs of local customers in terms of their decor and in part of their layout, drawing on design and construction flexibility that is hard to find elsewhere on the market.

Showcasing new five models at the show

The Grande 27 Metri, winner of the “Most Achieved Trophy” in the 80 to 125-foot category at the World Yacht Trophies and designed by Stefano Righini, is a widebody superyacht with a unique concept that perfectly harmonises the exterior lines with peerless interior volumes. The decor is the work of Achille Salvagni and stands out for its contrasting colours and materials, as well as for the unique pieces of furniture made to measure by expert craftsmen. The two 1,900 hp MAN V12 engines drive the yacht to a top speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots.

Azimut Verve 40, the second premiere in Dubai, is the first all-Italian Weekender, which combines all the typical features of the traditional American walkaround and day cruiser, but adds to them the peerless elegance and sophistication of Italian style. Its main features include the steering console with modern styling inspired by automotive design and the spacious underdeck area, offering relaxing and comfortable accommodation. The interior decor is extremely sophisticated. Three 350 hp Mercury Verado engines drive the yacht to a top speed of 44 knots and a cruising speed of 37 knots.

The third and final premiere is the Azimut 60, an 18-meter yacht designed once again by Stefano Righini, whose exteriors are characterised by the the vertical bow and big pilothouse windows, which are full-height on the starboard side, offering a spectacular view of the sea thanks to the cutaway gunwales next to the lounge area. The interior and exterior decor, dominated by flowing lines, is the work of Achille Salvagni, who has chosen extremely rich materials and lavished consummate care on the details and finishings. The two 800 mHP ip MAN, or alternatively two 900 mHP Volvo D13 engines, drive the yacht to a top speed of 31 knots. The other boats on show will be Azimut Magellano 76 and Azimut 77S.

Azimut Yachts, is part of Azimut|Benetti Group, which placed first in the Global Order Book 2018, ranking one of the world’s leading builders of luxury yachts over 24 meters for the 18th year running.

The brand is well known all over the world for its pioneering approach, as proven by several product innovation milestone and the ability to create new product segments, not to mention the attitude to develop original technology innovation such as the extensive use of carbon fibre.

Another key factor is the support of a team of architects who have different styles and approaches, with whose help we are successfully bringing to market products with strong personalities, each addressed to a specific target

The 2018 pipeline entails 4 new launches: Atlantis 51 and Flybridge 55, recently presented at the Dusseldorf Boat Show, while Azimut Grande 32 METRI and Azimut S6 will debut at Cannes next September.

New VLCC ‘Qamran’ lifts Bahri’s fleet of multipurpose vessels to 91

Maintaining its positive run in 2018, Bahri, a global leader in transportation and logistics, accepted the delivery of ‘Qamran’, a Very Large Crude-oil Carrier (VLCC), to further strengthen its market-leading position in crude oil transportation and enhance its maritime offering.

The 300,000-DWT carrier is the third VLCC to join Bahri’s fleet this year, following the delivery of ‘Kassab’ in January and ‘Lawhah’ in February, bringing the total number of Bahri’s fleet to 91 vessels including 44 VLCCs. The new vessel has reinforced the company’s position as the largest VLCC owner and operator worldwide. Built by Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries (HSHI), the world’s largest shipbuilding company based in South Korea, the new VLCC features a length of 330 meters and a width of 60 meters.

Bahri took the delivery of ‘Qamran’ at a ceremony held at the HSHI’s Mokpo shipyard in South Jeolla Province, South Korea, on February 28, 2018. The carrier is part of the 10 VLCCs Bahri signed with the South Korean company in May 2015 in line with the Saudi conglomerate’s strategic long-term maritime growth and expansion plan.

“The addition of ‘Qamran’ to our already strong fleet is a new milestone in our growth journey and a true testament to the robustness of Bahri’s long-term expansion plans. In addition to providing a significant boost to our efforts to deliver unprecedented growth and productivity in 2018, the new vessel will further enhance our maritime offering and enable us to expand our customer base by catering to the increased demand for crude-oil transportation across local and international markets. Further, ‘Qamran’ has solidified our position as a leader in the global maritime sector,” said Abdullah Aldubaikhi, CEO of Bahri.

“Qamran has renewed our resolve to revolutionize the maritime industry through diversified and innovative solutions designed to meet various needs in the market. More importantly, it has further bolstered Bahri’s capability to continue our support to the Kingdom’s ambitious initiatives such as the Saudi Vision 2030, and contribute to the country’s efforts to reinforce its pre-eminent position as a strategic regional hub and logistics gateway across continents,” added Aldubaikhi.

A Versatile Beauty

The Sunreef Supreme 68 Power ATHENA

Sunreef always puts a smile on our face at Dubai Boat Show with their new announcements and this year it was no different. We got introduced to an ultramodern motor catamaran, the Sunreef Supreme 68 Power ATHENA who takes her name from the Greek goddess of wisdom, courage, mathematics and arts.

The DNA of the yacht draws a lot of inspiration from her patroness’s versatility. The boat’s sublime design, cutting edge technology and pioneering character all reflect her universal spirit. The architecture of this yacht model revisits the way catamarans have been built so far. Her radical design allowed to create an immense saloon surrounded with floor to ceiling glass – a space opening wide both onto the cockpit and passageways.

The  large 65m2 interior deck is big enough to place a beamy master cabin in the bow with access to the front terrace – a layout solution that gained Athena’s Owner’s attention. The master cabin occupying the whole front part of the deckhouse is fitted with a king-size bed and offers a panoramic view. The Owner’s realm also features a large desk, ample storage, a dressing room and a master bathroom with a magic glass wall.

The living space or Athena’s saloon was given a soothing and elegant design, combining shades of light oak with glossy white and embossed leather finishing. Placed amidships is a vast lounge with a U- shaped sofa facing a 65’’ TV. This central seating area is surrounded with an onyx-clad bar to portside and a coffee table to starboard.

The portside hull houses the comfortable crew quarters and mess neighboring Athena’s well equipped galley, pantry and storage rooms. The galley is fitted with a food elevator, serving both the saloon and flybridge. One of the yacht’s ample forepeaks provides room an additional bed and bathroom for Athena’s crew. The bow section of the port hull is occupied by a guest cabin with twin beds and a spacious bathroom. The layout of the starboard hull features another guest cabin as well as a luxurious VIP cabin with a double bed, a sofa, a vast bathroom and dressing area.

Athena features an immense flybridge topped with an elegant bimini. This scenic area is fitted with a mist sprayer, a bar, a barbecue, a large table for eight and mattresses to obtain a vast dining and lounging space of 65m2. The yacht’s big front terrace is a prime place to relax on the large sun pads or to enjoy a bath in the Jacuzzi.

Equipped with an aft garage, the Sunreef Supreme 68 allows to conveniently store the 445 Williams tender, a kayak, a diving compressor, lockers and additional freezers. The garage door, when lowered, creates an aft platform ideal for water sports.

The main navigation station on Athena is placed on the flybridge. The yacht features a powerful Volvo IPS system for a maximum of maneuverability and optimized performance. An additional joystick and aft cameras are installed to ease the mooring in crowded marinas. With 7000L of fuel capacity, Athena enjoys all the autonomy she needs.

Dubai International Boat Show delivers action and adventure

, , , , , , ,

Thrills galore: Extreme water sports, power boats and high-tech submarines on show at event, taking place until March 3rd.

Fun-seekers are experiencing thrills this week at the Dubai International Boat Show, currently taking place at its temporary home at the mouth of the Dubai Canal near Dubai Ladies Club until March 3rd, with adrenaline-pumping action on show both above and in the water.

The 26th edition of the show includes some of the most extreme water sports and exciting toys on offer from leading international and locally-based companies.

Appearing alongside a fleet of luxurious superyachts at the mouth of Dubai Canal, are the latest jetskis, flyboards, speedboats and a collaboration between a submarine maker and a world-famous supercar marque.

Bitcoins for boats; ‘flying’ yachts

Cryptocurrency is making its debut at the Dubai International Boat Show, with Burgess Yachts accepting payment in Bitcoin for its 37-metre Nordic Star, built by Italian company CRM. This classic yacht has played host to some of the greatest celebrities including Frank Sinatra during its time.

UAE company Enata is unveiling its new Foiler boat. Built in the Emirates, the yacht ‘flies’ up to 1.5 metres above the water using hydrofoil technology to create a smooth and exhilarating ride at speeds of up to 40 knots.

Exciting celebrity athletes

Live demonstrations by professional flyboard and water sports athletes are taking place with visitors also taking part in speedboat time trials and sailing experiences.

World champion Dutch flyboard star Bo Krook is performing a host of thrilling stunts and tricks. Krook’s mastery of the flyboard has made him famous in his native Holland and he has been competing in competitions around the world since 2013.

Representing the UAE is Emirati athlete Manea Al Marzooqi who competes for Dubai-based extreme water sports team XDubai. Brought to you by Seabreacher, Al Marzooqi is a popular figure on the region’s flyboard scene and has been taking part in competitions for two years and was the DIMC UAE National Champion.

Performing daring stunts is World Champion Red Bull Pro athlete slackline walker Alex Mason. The American has taken his sport to new heights, quite literally, by walking across a slackline strung between cliffs outside of Beirut and through the jungles of Hawaii, to name a few of his recent feats.

UAE’s own powerboat racing team

High-octane adventure is high on the agenda this year thanks to Victory Team, the UAE’s premier offshore powerboat racing team, which is displaying some of its super-fast boats.

Not for the faint hearted, these boats can reach a top speed of 220kmph while still being able to manoeuvre around the tightest of courses.

“Powerboat racing is one of the most exhilarating sports for the teams who take part and the spectators who watch the action from dry land,” said Huraiz Almur Bin Huraiz, Chairman of Victory Team, which competes in the Class 1 World Powerboat Championship.

“The Dubai International Boat Show is one of the most important events of the year for marine sports in the UAE and Middle East and a great opportunity for new fans to discover powerboat racing and cheer on a world-class Emirati team.

“We are delighted to return for the third year and to showcase the cutting-edge technology used by Victory Team to achieve our victories. And this year we are launching a new racing pleasure craft for the big boys to toy around in.  If you have nerves of steel, this is for you.”

High-tech submersibles

Elsewhere, Florida-based Triton Submarines is showcasing its yacht-based high-tech manned submersibles.

Designed to offer maximum visibility, simple operation and outstanding safety, Triton’s submarines, which were used in the making of the BBC’s Blue Planet 2 series, are attracting a lot of attention from budding explorers.

“This year Triton will showcase our best-selling model, the 3300/3 MKII submarine, which are currently undertaking trips, scientific research and documentary film missions around the world,” said Patrick Lahey, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Triton Submarines.

“The versatility of our submersibles means the profile of Triton owners range from individuals seeking to dramatically extend their yachting experience with unique adventures, through to organisations conducting oceanographic research.

“Triton supports only a select number of international yacht shows. In this regard the Dubai International Boat Show stands out as the primary show in the region.”

Triton is also showcasing Project Neptune, its collaboration with famed automobile marque Aston Martin.

Project Neptune marries Triton’s diving expertise with Aston Martin’s design and craftsmanship to create a truly unique, three-man submarine made to the highest standards of luxury and sophistication usually reserved for supercars.

Personal watercraft

Offering more in the way of deep sea adventure, German company CAYAGO AG is displaying its SEABOB personal water craft.

Lightweight, powerful, and easy to use, the SEABOB can be used on or below the water, but it truly comes into its own when used as part of a snorkelling, freediving or scuba diving trip with users able to explore the seabed at depths of up to 40 metres with ease.

Thrilling demonstrations

Dubai-based extreme sports company Seabreacher UAE is also thrilling visitors with stunt shows and demonstrations of its most famous water craft, the metal shark-like Seabreacher submarine.

Mohammed Salah, Operations Manager at Seabreacher UAE, said: “This will be our third time exhibiting at the Dubai International Boat Show. It is a great event that allows us to show the new and different water sport equipment that is available.

“This year we will give a live demonstration of what the Seabreacher can do, which we are sure will be very popular with visitors. There will also be a flyboard stunt show that will be lit up by LED-lights in the evening, which will be special to see.

“There is a lot of interest in these kinds of water sports in the UAE among expatriates and Emiratis, and demand is growing all the time. They are exciting to watch and to take part in and we always have lots of people asking where they can buy or rent the equipment.”

Speedboat time trials

Visitors to the Dubai International Boat show can also experience the thrill of speedboat time trial racing with the SeaKart Time Attack Experience.

An experienced SeaKart skipper will give two passengers a ride they won’t forget down the Dubai Canal with the powerful boat twisting and turning around a track of seven buoys as fast as possible.

Each boat’s finishing time is noted to find out who has the fastest lap of the day, and of the show overall.

The 26th Dubai International Boat Show at the Dubai Canal is open to trade visitors and the public from 3pm – 9:30pm daily from February 27th to March 3rd, 2018. Tickets will be available at the gates priced at AED 65 each. Family tickets are available at AED 160 (two adults and two children over 12) while government employees can attend the show for AED 50 per ticket.
