CRN, the historical ship builder and Italian brand, part of the Ferretti Group, specialising in the construction of fully-custom steel and light aluminium alloy pleasure vessels between 40 and 100 meters in length are showcasing their portfolio at the Dubai International Boat Show.
CRN presence at the Dubai Boat Show, which gathers all the leading superyacht builders in the world reiterates their passion to bring bespoke service to the discerning clients of this region.
The Boat Show, which this year is reaching its 25th edition, is one of the most prestigious showcases of international yachting and will offer the CRN Atelier the opportunity to promote its heritage and personalized approach to shipbuilding, which allows it to design and build truly unique bespoke yachts.
The return of the historical Italian brand to the Dubai International Boat Show confirms the key role the Middle East is currently playing in CRN’s strategy. The shipyard will indeed be presenting its outstanding design and building expertise to a market that is still growing and recognizes the prestige of “Made in Italy.”
“The Middle East, together with Europe, is one of the most important markets for CRN – comments CRN’s Chief Commercial Officer Stefano De Vivo. “The Dubai International Boat Show is an excellent venue and opportunity for us to showcase the excellence of our naval art to passionate customers through our latest creations and new concepts. CRN’s objective is to craft made-to-measure yachts focused on the customers’ needs, without limits, so that our clients can enjoy unmatched comfort at sea just as they do in their homes”.
CRN develops unparalleled projects characterised by state-of-art solutions which are real trend-setters in the yachting world. The company can rely on a team of engineers, architects and technicians that conceive the best-performing bottoms, naval platforms, as well as outstanding architectural and design solutions created by internationally-renowned designers in charge of the yachts’ functional and aesthetic design.
The company was established in 1963 in Ancona (Italy), the seat of CRN’s headquarters, offices, design and construction departments. CRN specialises in the design and construction of fully-custom, steel and aluminium yachts up to 100 metres in length.
I recently visited their impressive shipyard in Ancona which extends over an almost 80,000 m2 area and includes a large, historical private marina. It is here that all megayachts of the CRN fleet, which can currently boast more than 180 vessels in the water – are built, besides aluminium and light alloy models for other Ferretti Group brands
